When I went to Kachel Eck I was astounded. Frankly I was looking for a place to quietly enjoy a beer but I was welcomed as if I was family. I found an ambience seldom found in any establishment. I, as a foreigner was afforded the opportunity to learn a culture that was not mine, but I was also able to bring my own experiences to this lively and welcoming bar. I have not only found an enjoyable time here, but a home away from home that I cannot wait to return to.
