I have been to many hostels in my life, i travel a lot, but this one is by far the worst ive been to.

some of the staff is nice but some others are not.

the dorms are gloomy, graffitis everywhere, mattresses that are dirty, very uncomfortable, the toilets and showers are dirty, even public toilets are way better.

but the worst are definitely the people that stay there, when we were there, a lot of the customers were junkies or homeless people, or at least thye looked like it, one of them smelled extremely bad, our whole dorm smelled like a homeless persons feet, some of the other people were a bit scary, there was a very bad atmosphere because of that.

i will never stay there again and wille never recommend it to anyone

Horrible experience here. Had to move the next day I arrived. Same thing happened with all the roommates I met that one night! Due to so many bad reviews and accusations, they are changing the name now to “Stay Comfort” hostel. Be aware, they are not only dirty and have bad attention. But they are organized thieves looking to pick up your stuff! Avoid this place at all costs!

The dorm and the washrooms weren't the cleanest but it was just about doable. We stayed there for just the one night even though we were supposed to stay there for 2 nights. Staff was very friendly, but they have to ensure that the dorm has to be cleaner.

Nothing special and not so clean neither. The kitchen is small but they have a dish cleaner. Anyway it's one of cheapest hostel I ever seen, so it's not so bad. Pretty close to the tube so it's easy to get to downtown.

Disgusting place. My matress was moldy, the room was moist and smellt bad. The bathrooms were gross. A guy was peeing in the womens showers one day. Just stay away from this place.

If you're looking for an extreme experience in Berlin that's your place. I want there twice cause it's cheap and I'm a good location (20 minutes walking to warschauerstr). The first time I was with a group of friends and we had a room just for us, it was April and we were not the only tourists guest...last time I was just with a friend, we booked two beds in a big room and it was tragic..I didn't feel comfortable and sometimes neither safe..
Talking generally baths are terrible, couldn't use hot (neither warm) water and also the room was cold.

The moment i entered i found it is gonna be worst hostel stay ever. Staff weren't friendly, rooms were worst. The pillows and restroom were the dirtiest, public toilets were much better in comparison to it.
Will never recommend this hostel for anyone
