The food never arrived but Lieferando charged me for the order regardless, claiming that I wasn't available to receive it. I order from Lieferando three times a week, minimum. I am deleting the app from my phone because this WILL happen again, without repercussions.

I have ordered at 14:20 for 19 uhr through Lieferando. 19:25 my order is on the way... i have called Lieferando to cancel my order ( it cannot be that a order is placed with five hours in advance and still be late) and the nice lady on the phone, without hearing what i have to say, just closed the call. Nice goin Lieferando, last time i order with you

The company telephone line is not approachble as a foreigner in the country. As a customer who does not speak the language having to resort to German Nationals as a help is not acceptable for international persons who dont speak the language. This is infuriaiting for newcommers into the country. Please kindly fix it. Every dial is ended immediatly and there is no customer support for people who did order. Kindly fix this issue as on part for all internationals and expats. Im saded to have to give a one star as your services cannot account for all problems that you have caused

If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely horrible and no restaurant should work with them unless they want horrible reviews as well. Never again Liferando!!‘

I ordered food. Waited for 3h. They did not deliver my food and they refused to refund my money.
They basically tell you thats your fault. Easy money for restaurants, because service provider or resaturants will not take any responsibility.

Please avoid this service.

honestly this is the worst meal I ever received in my life.... it's from inddda berlin, THEY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN. that sauce tasted like ketchup no joke and waited 75 minutes. LIEFERANDO .... I hope you also close because your company is a joke. I've ordered 6 times and everything was awful. never again.

Edit: Still bad! No customer support to resolve issues, just grabbing the money. More recently we order something and requested vegeterian option. The order did not came correctly to restaurant and we got meat version instead. Nobody from Liferando to help/refund/resolve. I hope you feel at least some shame for this, not for the error, but lack of support and not carring!
That was a last order made here and hello Wolt. Although not perfect there's at least support!

Old review:

I can't believe this is the only food deliver provider left. I miss Deliveroo so much. To just name a few pain points:

- worst app ever
- horrible UX
- no customer service
- questionable restourants

Sooner or later someone will come and replace you (like pizza.de). And I'll be an early adopter. That is, if you do not start caring.
