Edit: Still bad! No customer support to resolve issues, just grabbing the money. More recently we order something and requested vegeterian option. The order did not came correctly to restaurant and we got meat version instead. Nobody from Liferando to help/refund/resolve. I hope you feel at least some shame for this, not for the error, but lack of support and not carring!
That was a last order made here and hello Wolt. Although not perfect there's at least support!

I can't believe this is the only food deliver provider left. I miss Deliveroo so much. To just name a few pain points:
- worst app ever
- horrible UX
- no customer service
- questionable restourants
Sooner or later someone will come and replace you (like pizza.de). And I'll be an early adopter. That is, if you do not start caring.
