Wasn’t terribly impressed. Some of this wasn’t the hotel’s fault but some could have been improved. Staff member who booked me in was friendly enough. Mattress was hard and felt uncomfortable, no extra pillows available in room and shower glass in the communal bathroom was see through and didn’t feel comfortable showering with lots of people around. Lots of noisy guests both nights (not the hotel’s fault). Room was large however and well located for most tourist attractions (of no bother to me though as I was visiting my sister). Acceptable for a low budget but if you have more money to spend, I would recommend spending it on somewhere better. Not bad for the money.

Cheap, clean, helpful staff. Good location and all in a decent stay. I dropped my phone in the hallway, a resident found it, returned it to the receptionist and it was returned to me. I would stay here again.

Very spacious rooms.

Some ambiguous looking stains on the carpet floor and rooms are quite dark in the evenings even with lights on.

Not a very social hostel but the staff were friendly and it did what it needed to do. Great location.

Service was fine and friendly, the rooms have enough space but are incredibly dirty. Old beds with bad matrasses, uncleaned carpet. Shared showers that are not clean and in a bad state. The location is east berlin and you're surrounded by a poor and badly up kept location.

The price was oke, but they honestly cant ask more then they do for what they deliver.

Very good prices for the rooms. Very cozy, it’s an old factory, love the mood and the decoration. I would repeat if I come to Berlin again.

The service is horrible. The bathrooms were not clean. The receptionist gave me a key to a 4-bed dormitory and when i went there all beds were occupied. There are only two charging points in the 4 shared dormitory which is very inconvenient when all 4 people are in the room.

Used to be our favorite place to stay in Berlin but my friends and I were quite disappointed this time : no staff member was there for check in or check out. We couldn’t reach anyone over phone neither when we left in the morning and wanted to leave our suitcase in the luggage room. All in all
It’s a nice place to stay but service could use some improvement. Last thing, breakfast used to be fabulous, hopefully it will be reinstated soon.
