So much better than the other Häagen-Dazs restaurants in Berlin.

Here we were served quickly, the place was clean and tidy and the portions of ice-cream for both of the dishes were generous!

First time there, I reserved a table for two (my wife and I). Upon arrival we were pleasently surprised that they guessed it's for a date and set us up with the comfy chairs at a private table in a quiet corner.

The service was amazing, the ice-cream was, obviously, great and the fondue was cute, delicious and just what we expected.

Went there more than once and will do so again!

I don't know if they are closing this store or because of the pandemics, but on a Saturday afternoon they only had a few ice cream flavor options. No chocolate at all, no big waffle cone, and a sad atmosphere. And the price is too high for a single scoop of really sugary ice creams. Disappointing.

This is a very good place to eat high quality ice cream. Higher price is completely justified with the portion size of premade menu items (the ones you do not assemble yourself) and by the quality of each item.

However, I had a few issues on my visit. Some items were unavailable, like waffles and crepes. This could be because I visited during Sunday evening. This wouldn't be a big issue if the help wasn't really slow. I waited for 40+ minutes to get my order. During that time, a customer that came at the same time as I did threatened to leave without paying.

Nevertheless, it is definitely a recommendation for a chill time with a lot of sweets.

This place has it all for frozen desserts. We enjoy picking from their mouth watering array of ice cream and yogurt. Every flavor is delicious. The smoothies are fresh and well-made. Service is friendly and fast.

They need to work on their staff, they had no clue what's going on. It was a mess! We waited a long time and the order didn't even look like the pictures. The dishes over the counter looked like a big mess. Staff shouting at each other. Häagen dazs has a high price, I expect more than from a usual ice cream shop

Awfull service. Staff must be fired cause they make people just leave this place. Totally unwelcome, not willing to work. Why should I pay my check in advance because you have change of shift? Why should I not receive even paycheck for this. Completely inattentive and bad. Ice cream is OK however too sweet. With all respect to Haagen Dazs, please educate your workers cause they do not deserve their jobs.
