This hotel has to change cleaning service because they gave us dirty sheets, I stayed 2 nights in this hotel and during these days the room was so dirty. Apart from these the receptionists were so helpful but as a minus feature for hotel I can say that there should be a refrigerator in the rooms. The lack of a refrigerator that would allow us to keep cold water in our room on hot summer days was a big disadvantage.

In all honesty, I got here by accident because of the exorbitant summer prices in downtown Berlin, and what a good accident it turned out to be! Adapted from an old factory of some sort, the rooms have fresh designs and everything’s brand new, including bathroom fixtures. Staff is very friendly and while I didn’t try the breakfast, the fact you can enjoy free coffee and tee all day in the reception area is a big plus. The only downside is the somewhat pricy parking for Lichtenberg - the price should be slashed at least by half.

We had to book a little further from the center and found this hotel that was surprisingly good. It was a blast , very nice , clean rooms. Very friendly personell.

Half of the hotel's rooms are locates on top of a nonstop tram line (hotel has 2 floors).
I tried sleeping with earplugs + white noise to cancel the effect, but I could still feel the train going below me, so no real night sleep.
Being told there are no courtyard rooms,
I asked for my money back for the rest of the nights I booked so I could find a quiet hotel, but they refused to refund me, despite booking directly.
Eventually a courtyard room was found. The courtyard is facing an asian food market.
The staff responded pretty apatheticallty and didnt seem to care much.
Additionally, the hotel is about 20 mins from any central U line, making it a pretty unattractive residential area, a minimum 40 mins from anywhere interesting.
Rooms were new and cleaning was mediocre.
I would not stay in this hotel again.

The rooms are very tidy and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and speak English. Breakfast can be availed at a reasonable price and the assortment is good. The property is located in a quiet area and public transport is easily accessible. I would recommend this option for anyone looking for a quiet clean place to stay not to far from the city center via public transport.

Friendly staff, decent and clean.
Good breakfast available.
Extremely quiet but a short ride to most places of interest.

Nice reception and good food a little bit of a bad place because with Taxi it's another 20 euro but overal it's a good 5/5
