The hotel has a great location, and the potential to be a great hotel. However the reception and club staff we meet during our stay are not consistent in how they represent the brand in their customer interactions. It felt like a struggle every day to actually just get the services that were included without having to constantly prove that we had it included. It started off with our booking being wrong when we arrived at the hotel, we had a booking with club access included but ended up having to pay extra for the access, if that would have been the end of it everything would have been kind of okay anyway, but no.... When we tried to actually use our access we were denied and informed we did not have access, and had to go back to the front desk to get it fixed again. It felt like we were constantly questioned and had to prove that we actually had access to the services instead of the smooth and nice experience we were looking for. So in the end we did avoid using the hotel services just because of that and used other providers services instead! We didn't even use the hotel spa as planned just because the whole experience of the hotel made us just feel bad!
The restaurant and bar on the other hand delivered the level of service and quality one would expect.
The room was good but missing a fullbody mirror in the dressing area, but i did enjoy the whole dressing area / walk in closet.
