Warning: I went in for a day spa and was later contacted by their own verified staff member, Anisha Shakya asking me to send her my banking and credit card numbers claiming my card was not processed. This was complete fraud and an excuse to get my credit card info.

I went to this place that I found on Google, it is 8th floor of Hyatt so difficult to find, I booked a one hour massage at 3.15pm for 5.30pm the same day, without consultation I was allocated a male therapist so almost had to cancel until they re-allocated the masseurs so I could have a female, the masseur was running late so I almost didn't get massage as I had to leave early, I discovered at 4.15pm that I only had time for 30mins massage and I was told 3 times that I would be charged for full hour massage even though appointment had only just been made 60 minutes earlier, massage was extremely fast, not my style, not focused on muscles, just fast strokes, I couldn't communicate with therapist which was quite stressful and I was charged over €40 to sleep on a chair while I waited for the massage (sleeping was classified as "using the spa" which is much smaller than photos make out) overall not a good experience, would not recommend

Booked a 1-hour deep tissue massage and had David Sommes as my massage therapist. Amazing massage and David is a true professional. Definitely book him for any massage treatment and you won’t be disappointed. Thank you David.

Clean and tidy. Excellent spa facilities and swimming pool. Gym equipment could be better - there are a number of 'unusual' machines that could be replaced with more traditional equipment (e.g. squat rack / bench press).

was here few times and the massages were always from different persons, the last one wasn't that good but the treatments were mostly satisfying
