I have stayed in plenty of hostels around Europe, and I can say for sure that this is the best one so far.

The employees are nice, the location is good, everything is very clean. But for me, what makes it stand out is how good it looks. The rooms are very nice, beds are comfortable, and you have a locker and power outlet on each bed.

Very nice hostel.

Overall a nice place, close to a lot of good kebabs. Great water pressure. A quiet hostel so not great for meeting other travelers. However, take note that while air conditioning is advertised as an option, it only works until the property decides its no longer needed. I stayed there beginning of September and I was told the AC is off at the end of summer (even though summer isn't over). But the windows open wide so the room was still cool at night

Short version : If I ever come back to Berlin I’ll sleep here !

There’s nothing wrong here. The reception, explanations, the services, the rooms, the cleanliness. Everything is on point ! For the price I was really surprised (in the best way possible). Thanks for making this trip better than it already was ❤️

Shoutout to the team at the reception which are all super nice and chill people ????

The hostel is located right next to the subway station Hermannplatz. If you're coming back from the airport this option is suitable given the fact that it takes about 40 minutes to get there with a bus and a subway. I stayed in a room for eight people and next to every bed there's a box to keep all your valuable belongings (don't forget to bring a lock). Bad point for the shared rooms with eight people is that there are only two bathrooms. Good luck trying to pee in the morning!

nice, average, perfect to just sleep at after a busy day
they have lockers in the rooms and you can buy a padlock for a little under €4
decently clean but not astounding
very close to public transportation and plenty of food places around

Super nice staff, awesome breakfast with a city view. The surrounding streets can get a bit too loud during the night, but it’s nice and quiet when you keep the windows closed.

Worst hospitality ever witnessed. Came to Berlin with 2 racing bikes and we were not allowed to safely store our bikes in our private room. Not even in the back-garden of the building underneath the stairs and out of sight. They forced us to put them on the streets, which in Neukölln is a very dangerous thing to ask of your clients.

There was plenty of space everywhere in the building and garden. The description of the hostel never mentioned that bikes weren't allowed. While they even mentioned that they had a storage room.

This is utterly unacceptable. There wasn't any room for discussion. They even wanted to call the police to throw us out because we parked the bikes in the garden. Unrespectful to say the least. Please reconsider another hostel if you're coming by bike.
