Lacks of organization and care for people. During my first monday I was false positive tested and here the trouble started. I started the course on Wednesday (the PCR was negative), no one was there to interview me as I was told per email. No one at the Students point, that was closed despite written opening times. I've found a teacher that helped me and sent me to a B2 class. Since the student's point was closed I received my book only after 20 minutes and just because the teachers take care of students. The school doesn't. Since I've booked a superintensive I was told to ask at the student's point (for the first time it was open!) for the class of the afternoon. A rude lady sent me to a B1 class telling me it was normal for a student attending the B2 in the morning (?!). The App showed me nothing since no one put my name in the system. I did not exist for the school. Only after complaining, the days later went better. Unfortunately, all the mess they caused did not help me to learn on my first days because I was too upset. I wasn't on holiday, I needed that course for professional reasons. Classes often change and also teacher don't know too in advance many times (it seems the school does not take care of people in general). Moreover lots of freetime activities get canceled and no alternatives are planned. At least the teachers I had were really great (here's why 2 stars and no 1), but I expected more from the school in terms of organization and attention for the students.
Extra tip: the website shows you availability for rooms in the campus: this is not real, I don't understand why a website cannot show real free rooms on 2022.
The website of the school tells your money is safe, but I was offered no compensation for the days I've lost (for a mistake of who tested me). The website shows no policy about, the link doesn't work. Oh, last cherry on top: since I've started on Wednesday I've NEVER signed the agreement and NO ONE asked me for my vaccinations!!! Nor received I the other materials (except the book) the other students had during lessons. There is a lot to improve if they really want to offer a 5 stars experience, as they claim on their website. They answer they are in shortage of employees, but the price you pay is the same and for a lower level service that forces you to get mad instead of learning in a positive environment. Another typical answer is about other schools that have even worser policy.... This is not professional.
