The most unsustainable apartment and building you can find in Berlin. Its green facade (present on all pictures) requires a truck running on fossil fuel to come apparently multiple times a year for a whole day. It pollutes the whole building and street to take care of plants that aren't designed to grow on a wall. By staying in one of the flats with a friend, I was hoping to see what sustainable living could be but in the end this is pure GREENWASHING. Their truck emits toxic fuels the whole day. A nightmare for the planet and for your lungs. There are no insects on those plants as the layer of pollution they get is insane.

Perfect location where you can go everywhere very easily with the bus, which stops at exactly front of the hotel. A little bit pricey in compare to the other accommodations in the neighbourhood, but still reasonable and understandable price due to its quality.

The apartment was nice and spacious. Plenty of light and a kitchen with all the standard equipment was provided.

Great place in every way to stay in Berlin!!
