I had forgotten my keys in the rental car after returning. The customer service on the phone was pretty useless. But at the Europcar office of Alexanderplatz a very nice guy at the counter helped me find them again. Thank you!

Hired a 9 seater in February.
Went to pick it up in July.
They didnt have it, I got an 8 seater instead. It was that or nothing.
24 hours later they called me offering a 6 seater saying that the van I got was one I couldn't have, and needed to return it immediately.
Didn't you have time to make sure to have the hired car for my pick up?
Europcar never again.
As a side note, the staff there was very nice and tried to be as helpful as possible.

This is not the first contract with EuropcarWhy does Europcar cheat the customers by letting them rent a car online and informing them on the day of departure that the car is not available? (car steal is available online ????????????????)
Or do you want to cheat customers to rent the car that you have for higher money?
Nobody is willing to help to make only problems and treat the customers like s..t.
Great job EUROPCAR - your German office (Berlin Airport) and arrogant customer service you will have a bright future I belive (in DNR - i belive)

I am a regular customer of Europcar, and I have tried it in many cities in Europe, but this branch in particular is very bad at dealing with customers! They never smile! He literally said to me: I'm here to work, not to be nice or to smile! I have no time for smiling! rent a car or leave! Very rude! ..I met two of them and each one is worse than the other with price gouging as well!
It was the only office that was working that day in Berlin so I had to rent a car from them!
I will never try it again!

Very rude desk cleric. That he could not rent out any car because all is full I understand but no need for this disgusting Schadenfreude-smirk. Definitely not going to use Europcar ever again.

Easy pick up, great car, friendly staff. Overall great experience. Will use them again

Even 1 star is too much for such a bad service.
Very impolite workers. Never gonna use this car rental again.
