Wow... friendliest work staff I've had in Berlin. They were low on supply of cat food but probably not related to their fault but the volume of customers they have.. since they are so nice everyone goes there for their cat food. Great prices too.

Pretty good. Lots of different types of snacks for dogs. They definitely need more variety of dry dog food though, and more high-end brands.

I'm removing one star because there is not enough variety of products, but excellent attention. The cashier lady gave my puppy a snack. And YES, my puppy was allowed to be there with us. I would go back just because my dog is allowed to go inside the store :)

you can find all the necessary stuffs like supermarket for a pet there, online store is really good for heavy stuff too.staff are nice and helpful even some of them cant speak english but they help you very friendly to find the stuffs you need .but for example there is no custom for my cat!! fancy things you cant find it honestly!

Right next to S Bahn Wedding station which is practical. It is a small Fressnapf but to be honest the cat selection, which is what I needed isnt much smaller than the Fressnapf XL that I have been to in the past. The staff were friendly. I will go again if I want to buy something in person rather than doing a big online shop.

Amazing store, amazing team. A small parrot flew into my loggia and I could not let it out, it's clearly a domestic bird and the weather conditions in Berlin will have probably kill it. I decided to take care of it meanwhile the Bird association reply back to me. I did not know what kind of cage I supposed to buy, food, or anything. I showed them what the parrot looked like and they helped me to find everything! Thank you very much for the support...

Smaller than some others, less selection, tucked away. Service and staff fine, prices good.
