My new born baby went there and waited for one and half hour even I made an appointment before. And the doctor did not explain me why we need to wait do long time. The nurses there also have bad attitudes. What's more, the checking from the doctor is really rough and simple, I can not see her profession. Anyway, I need to change doctor.

I had an Internal Broken meniscus locking the articulation. Went there on Wednesday with my MRT, next Monday surgery was done in the hospital. This was incredible fast!!

One week after surgery review with the doctor, stitches were removed and physiotherapy started.

Everyone was polite with me, they treated me well. The service was great even though I am not able to speak German yet.

It feels like the right hand is not knowing what the left hand's doing. I needed a prescription for physio therapy and one day they tell me I could just get it but the doctor is on vacation and I have to come back (seriously? If doctors are on vacation you have to wait with your pain until they are back?!) and then I come back 1.5 weeks later and THEN they tell me I need an appointment and the next available one is 1.5 weeks ahead. I did not plan to have a pain in my back and I'm as unhappy about this as everybody might be. But this can't be true that just because of misorganization and miscommunication I can't get a treatment I need. And today they told me "Go up one floor and try there, because no one is going to do that here today.", when I told them I have a pain :(

Absolut katastrophale Patientenbetreuung und grauenvolle Organisation. Frisch operierte Patienten stehen bis in das Treppenhaus um sich anzumelden.
Dürfen sich nach erfolgter Behandlung nochmals anstellen um eine Verordnung ausgedruckt zu bekommen.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Patienten ist unterste Schublade, das Personal ist unfreundlich. Patientenbindung ist eben nicht das A und O, man ist nur ein weiterer Fall.
Diskretion und Datenschutz sind ebenfalls nicht gegeben.
Als Patient wird man Vorort informiert, dass der behandelnde Arzt Krank ist und man darf trotz Termin 1,5 Std warten.
Telefonische Erreichbarkeit ist kaum gegeben und E-Mails werden kaum beantwortet.
Wenn ich mir all das erlauben würde, in der Praxis in der ich arbeite, wäre ich sofort meinen Job los!
