I would never think that one of the world's most famous fitness studios located in the very heart of Berlin would be so dirty and so unprofessional.

The pictures were made right after the lockdown in June 2021 which means they didn't care to clean it during the months it didn't work. There are just few, every inch of this place is as dirty.
The manager and the receptionists promised it would be cleaned. Two months later nothing changed.
All equipment is dusty, with stains and hairs. The changing rooms are dirty, the shower has rusty faucet and smells like a toilet.

Group trainings are only for beginners and never change - the same exercises in the same order every time. If you want to have progress or enjoy group trainings, avoid this place.

The management only promise to fix it all and they never do.

I hate gyms but this place totally changed my mind! Clean, well air conditioned, automated machines for full body workout, nice pool and more!

I'm a member at the fitness studio. Sport equipment is excellent and the trainers are really friendly you can feel it when you just step inside the studio. Only one minus point to say is it's so dusty on the equipment.

I'm a visiting student and was looking for a short term gym (no year long commitment, but cheap prices) and came across this one. The staff were so helpful and nice. The gym feels very spacious and wasn't too busy at lunch hour. Separate change rooms, sauna and showers for women. They even gave me a keycard to lock my locker.

Fitness First is one of the highest facilities to train in Berlin, With a good balance between wellness and strength training, trainers are highly knowledgeable and know their profession. They will spare no energy to help and facilitate your training, advice you on nutrition and training programs. I’d highly recommend them :)

Really sweet gym in a great location. Their pool is just what I needed. Antonia was very kind and helpful in answering my questions, and I ended up signing a contract because of her positivity.

Very profesional and clean gym! High quality equipment and the staff are really nice! Adrian helped us out at the front desk and was very professional! I’d highly recommend this gym.
