Stuff really unfriendly and young. They don’t t care about anything they just sit at the entrance. Everyday at 23:30 o’clock they turn off the lights which I found really dangerous because you are still training, and they try to kick you out earlier. During the day people leave everything unorganized. This gym is really “Assi”. Bathrooms are really stinky. The stuff were much better before corona! At least Adult people behaving like adults. Now there are just kids getting paid for doing nothing.

This is a great gym with great equipment but some of the members bring it way down.

There is equipment just thrown everywhere and very little seems to be put back. Saturday and Sunday mornings seem to be the worst. Maybe there is some sort of party on Friday and Saturday nights. Some of the fire exits are blocked due to equipment laying in front of them which is very dangerous.

I was using the Astro turf section to do sled pushes and two members came over and started doing floor work in the middle of the Astro turf meaning I could no longer use the full floor section. I kindly informed them I needed the section and I was told they have nowhere else to go and then ignored despite there being 100s of square meters of floor space and more then enough mats to lay on.

This is the standard to expect from some of the fellow members. The gym staff have enough to do without trying to deal with people who lack common curtesy.

There are cameras in the gym and it would be easy enough to spot the offending members and warn them or even suspend their membership if they continue their lack of respect towards the gym.

This really needs to be addressed if the gym wants people to feel comfortable using their facilities.

UPDATE 2020: So I cancelled my contract (I saw no improvements since a long time) after my commencing date and it was extended with another year, which is correct according to the contract. Because of Corona, the Gym was closed for some months and when it re-opened June 2nd 2020, I was told that they had "worked in the background on upgrading our fitness studios". Pretty funny since it is dirtier than ever. Most likely the dirtiest gyms I have ever visited.

I guess I can start with the positive things first (after almost a year in this gym).

1. It is spacious
2. Has a lot of machines and free weights
3. Cheap monthly contract (access to all machines and free weights for 18 euro /month)
4. OK opening hours.

So..what can be improved?

1. The staff personnel are rude and most of the time not really doing their job (standing around like a summer-worker at an ice-cream stand).
2. The men’s locker room is always full of dust rats (inside the lockers and on the floor) and water all over the sink in the toilet room (I guess we could blame the imbeciles who cannot pour a water bottle like a functional human being..so I assume and hope the personnel clean the sinks daily).
3. The ventilation is non-existent (humid like the rainforest haha). Opening the windows does not really fix the issue.
4. Why do some men enter the shower facilities wearing their sweaty underwear? I find it extremely unhygienic, that a huge amount of men do a workout and then enter the shower facilities. Very weird..

The location of the gym is great and it could be so much better. It is a pity, that it is the way it is, but on the other hand - you get what you pay for.

FIT/ONE Berlin-Wedding will be here for a year now and I am a member since the beginning. Prices between 25-40 EUR per month membership are nice comparing to the more expensive Fitness First or Holmes Place etc. and also not far from the cheapest McFit, but comparing to the last one you have here Sauna, Solárium and Massarium to use. Even the quality of equipment is a better. Free body analysis and few couch trainings for VIP Gold membership makes it really price value service.

The worst fitness experience I had in Berlin, and already was a member of 3 different clubs that I needed to change because of relocation. How they handled the lockdown situation is not worth to describe... But their new trick to save money is "oh sauna doesn't work sometimes". You are dr aiming of having a nice work out and then enjoy your sauna time but no, these guys are on a mission on saving money. So why exactly do I pay for sauna if it doesn't work for a Month now! Worst fitness studio experience I had in Berlin. Disappointing. Counting down my days when my contract is over

Shameful behavior, after several emails explaining I moved out of Germany and after presenting the abmeldung form they kept on taking monthly fees and never reimboursed a cent. For about 6 months I could not use the gym due to COVID and also in that case the money was lightly taken (despite, I guess, they have benefited from governamental help while I could not benefit from the service). Flawed organization, awful service, just stay away. The 1 star I´m giving is only because the machines and rooms were acceptable.
