One of the best Banking experiences.
Customer service is top notch. We went in to open a new account.
- On time appointment no delays.
- Helpful staff. We were attended by Irene Böhl. She was polite and explained all the nuances in detail.
- No communication issue. They were able to explain every procedure in English.
- Timely communication.
The only problem is DB bank in general is very slow. It's taking forever for our IBAN and documents to arrive.
