It's actually more of a quite unpopular parking garage with a few mediocre stores as an excuse, than a full blown shopping mall.
The shops are on three floors (-1, Ground, and 1). The basement has a DHL package station and a Rewe supermarket. The latter is definitely not a flagship store, to say the least.
Ground has an Asian supermarket (even for Berlin, the staff is super rude), a Biomarkt (als not shiny happy people), a family clothing store, a cell phone seller and in the middle of it all a nail studio (may or may not be defunct, hard to tell).
Highlight would be the first floor, with the public toilets, a bling bling bling furniture store and then two dollar tree like stores. Everything there feels and is cheap and probably not worth it at all.
Pronounce the name Citipoint as if it was a mall in South Park and you get the idea...
