The place is nice, there is a good vibe, the waitress was adorable and the food really good. ???? I ordered a pasta meal which I believe was the Pesto Basilikum one and I liked it, it was even served at my table and on a plate. They have cool places to sit, a bench with pillows at the back that was really comfy.

I went here to get a takeaway, but the vibe to sit here and eat seemed very nice. I added it to the to go places with my friends and also not being too far from where I live thought it would be a good option. Nevertheless to explain my experience:

1) I paid but no one seemed to care to make my pizza
2) I went to penny and got back and the pizza guy said I don't know where your pizza is ?
3) I paid in coins and the guy was making fun that oh probably he doesn't have cash
4) He openly had the courage to ask for a tip after this horrible service.

There are at least 4 pizza places I know of in the area, I am not returning to this place. It seems like he has a customer base that he wants to cater to but it is definitely not a welcoming place.

As for pizza, nothing special I have had better pizzas.

Staff was reasonably nice and fast, but the pizza was probably the worst I've ever had. I selected the pizza with cheese and buffalo mozzarella. It was absolutely loaded with cheese, which was very out of proportion with the tomato sauce. The crust was very soggy due to the excessive amounts of cheese. Overall the pizza was just really poor quality Maybe the other pizzas are better?

Terrible service. We just wanted to ask about our drinks because they forgot to bring them.
Then this owner just used the rudest gesture you could imagine and ignored us. If the owner is not racist, I can not imagine what he is.
We pay tips almost all the time even when it was not good service, but this time, I can not think of any reason for tips. Had to warn all the members in our reddit group.

As for food, just mediocre.

Very disappointed about service and food. We ordered to take away and had to wait 40 mins while it was raining outside. Was a big deal for the staff to occupy 1 of free 5 tables inside or even the covered one outside. Spaghetti aglio e olio or bolognese are not recommended. How can that basic stuff be so bad …

Would have give 5 but i went there yesterday and my favourite truffle pasta was so oily I could barely eat it!! But it is still one of my favourite Italian places. Love the truffle pasta and the salami pizza!
