Good hospital, my son was seen by a lovely doctor. Nursing staff are a bit rude though, in my rush to get my son to hospital I forgot my mask. The nurse at the desk made a big drama of giving me one, which wasn't very nice.

We had our second child delivered here. The whole experience was amazing. All the staff including doctors and midwives were simply outstanding. They were very engaging, courteous and easy to communicate with. We are extremely happy that a large baby was delivered normally. Highly recommend this hospital. Again Kudos to all staff members at DRK Klinniken Westend.

I recently had to visit the emergency room after waking up and feeling very ill. Me being an immigrant, who is still busy learning German, did not keep Dr Kevin Weihs from helping me during my time of need. DRK Kliniken Berlin can count itself extremely lucky to have an exceptional medical practitioner like Dr Weihs within its employ!

Awful emergency room. Repeatedly waiting more than 4-6 hours and had the worst experience with a secretary in the emergency room. Came in with a potential miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy and I asked her if she speaks English and she immediately started raising her voice at me that she doesn’t. My husband then used his phone to translate for me so she could understand what the problem was and she started laughing pointing at my husband saying “are YOU pregnant?” and continued making this joke the entire time we had to deal with her. Absolutely rude, unprofessional and unacceptable behavior when you’re dealing with people in a sensitive medical situation. Also absolutely crazy in a city like Berlin that the emergency room could not find a secretary that speaks English or has any sense of professionalism or empathy. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Everything went great, it was a Saturday morning and I needed to see a general practitioner. Staff was friendly and there was no one in the waiting room, I was let in immediately. Doctor offered to speak in English and did a thorough check up. Professional and friendly behavior.
