I have ordered a Tunfish pizza by Lieferendo. I think the worst domino’s pizza I have ever tested. It was really dry and test less. Seems like they just did their work as they had to do it.

Great value for money pizza. Unexpectedly good pizza for the price paid. Don’t expect authentic Italian pizza but for ~€10 for a 32cm pizza within 15-20 mins of ordering it’s a fantastic option for families with kids - also love the pick up and/or delivery options

Ordered many times from this store and most of the time they would either give the wrong order or not deliver the order at all. And we need to keep calling them constantly for 3 weeks to get refund which they don't give even after repeated requests. Cannot believe the standards of Domino's has fallen so low. Don't order from here and waste your money when you get better service, customer support and pizzas from other places in Berlin.

This tiny little dominos outlet is perfect for all your Pizza cravings. The staff is super humble and the food is delicious

Probably the worst franchisee of Dominos!
I ordered online and my order was late (it stuck in the "ordered" status for a long time).
After more than one hour, I had issues with the delivery.
I tried many times to contact them, neither the delivery guy nor Domino's picked up the phone.
I expected them to either try to contact me or cancel my order, whereas they not even picked up the phone when I called.
I had to go there myself to pick up my order and when I got there I noticed the store was empty which made me wonder why they do not answer the phone?
There should not be such a pain in delivering a pizza. If there was a problem with the delivery or the delivery time, then fix it! Call the customer or at the very least answer the phone when they call you.

Waited 1 hour and 30 minutes to find out that my order hadn’t even been in the oven yet so I cancelled the order. Currently still waiting to get my money back. I recommend going somewhere else. Too much hassle and terrible customer service. It took 15 phone calls to even get someone to pick up. ????
