I tried curryWurst a few years ago and I was disappointed. I wanted to try it again to be sure and I was positively surprised. This is by far the best curry wurst I have eaten. It is good, it's cheap and it's tasty. What else? Well, the staff was also very friendly ☺️

My first experience with currywurst in Berlin, the owner was nice and appreciated my bad attempt at speaking German (he understands English as well) ???? They accepted cash only, my currywurst combo with fries, ketchup and mayo cost 5€. The ketchup was on the sweeter side and the fries were a bit too salty but totally acceptable. They have sauces with different levels of spiciness that you can try out too.

We had a better version of currywurst in Mauerpark for 8€, so I think for this price it was a perfectly good dish and I would gladly come back.

Came here to try the different spice levels. It was a fun experience, but I probably ended up having more sausages than I should’ve. The first couple spice levels are quite tasty with the currywurst, spicier than the usual but nothing unbearable. I felt there was a big jump in spice between level 9 and 10. The last one at 7.7 million scoville truly lingers; the first bite isn’t as bad but it soon becomes unbearable. I suggest slowly working up to see what you’re comfortable with.

Most spiciest chilli sauce in Berlin (CSU 77,77,777), (probably all over the world)

Very good curry wurst experience. We dared the number 4. Next we'll try higher. If you make the effort to get there, make the effort to learn a bit of German.

Curry u0026 Chili is a good spot for a currywurst located in a small ‘take away styled’ shop in the middle of the road in Berlins Wedding district.

The fries are nothing to write home about but the currywurst itself is very tasty. What makes it even more interesting is that you get to choose the level of heat yourself on a scale from 1 to 10 by choosing a sauce measured in Scoville, a measurement of the pungency/heat of chili peppers.

The staff member was really friendly, chatty and helpful explaining the concept of the store and the measurement system which makes it a cool little trip to get out of the house.
