Amazing cultural center. This is a former factory that rented by different organizations. Seems like many caffees and restaurants. And here is a great international NGO Chance is located. Beautiful facility, but the elevator works not so good.

IT is very comfortable and Clean. Only downside are the many stairs you have to take to get to your room
