Love this concert space in Berlin - great programming department and all the staff is very friendly. Beware the outrageously long lines to the bar and to the wardrobe (that’s perhaps the part than needs some improvement). Great outdoor area (with pretzels in summer).
Now, they also accept the cards (apart from the side bar). And just btw: their Gu0026Ts are great.

Nice medium-sized venue. It got really hot with the crowd. When asked about the air conditioning the staff said there wasn’t any, although it did come on later in the evening. You also have to pay extra to use the men’s room.

What a great location for concerts! Neat place, great acoustics, friendly staff, multiple bars inside for both snacks n drinks and the toilets are incredibly clean too!

I like the venue layout with two floors and the outdoor area. However, there was no air conditioning so on that hot day (30 degrees outside) it was literally like a sauna inside. I had to go outside for fresh air multiple times during the concert (Future Islands) and in the end I left the concert early because I couldn’t stand the heat anymore. I liked the venue a lot but in the future I will only go there for concerts during the colder months.

Went to a concert. It was a very nice experience because we obviously liked the group but apart from that, everything was super organized, staff was really friendly and beer had a fair price. Acoustic wasn’t the best when they spoke but when playing music it was good

Amazing night watching Roisin Murphy. Great venue (awful bar, absolute nightmare).

The acoustics weren't the best but the stage was well placed and you could see the band from almost everywhere
