Leider extrem enttäuschend.
Brauchte für eine alte Automatikuhr meines Großvaters ein neues Lederuhrenarmband. "Bei uns kosten die mindestens 90 EUR sagte der Verkäufer mir von sich aus, aber er hätte noch andere.
Eines der drei mir präsentieren "Anderen" sagte mir optisch zu, auf die Frage was dieses denn dann kosten würde: "50,- EUR"
Obwohl ich das noch immer teuer fand, wählte ich es aus, zu der Kroko-Optik hieß es, es sei echtes Material, also echtes Leder.
Es war ziemlich steif, aber aus Erfahrung wusste ich, beim Tragen werden Lederarmbänder weicher.
Dieses jedoch nicht und, das Enttäuschendste, es bekam schon beim ersten Tragen (Ein Museumsbesuch) sehr unschöne Schäden an der Innenseite des Handgelenks. Beim zweiten Mal (ein Kinobesuch) waren sie bereits so auffällig unschön, beschloss also nachzufragen bei ASKANIA,
es waren ja gerade erst 14 Tage vergangen.
Die Antwort: "Das liegt am Träger und nicht in unserer Hand!"
erstaunte mich doch sehr. Ich äußerte dies, doch war die Antwort: "Es ist ein Naturprodukt!"
Das erstaunte mich noch mehr, da es ja nicht bedeuten muss, dass dieses bereits nach 2x Tragen bzw. 14 Tagen kaputt gehen muss. Normalerweise halten Uhrarmbänder bei mir mindestens 1 Jahr. (Übrigens ist es NICHT meine erste Uhr und auch NICHT mein erstes Uhrarmband!)
Daraufhin hieß es: " Wir wissen ja nicht was Sie mit der Uhr machen, wir haben damit nichts zu tun!"

Das ich ausdrücklich (!) keine Quittung erhalten habe, da es sich wohl um Muster gehandelt hatte (??) lässt mich noch verärgerter zurück!* Da hat sich scheinbar ein Verkäufer doch mal eben einen Fuffy schwarz dazuverdient???

Unfassbar!

Niemals würde ich hier eine Uhr kaufen, dabei hatte ich mit einer aus der Auslage geliebäugelt. Und auch meine Söhne bekommen keine aus diesem Laden als Geschenk! Das kann ich garantieren und zwar länger als 14 Tage!

* Und in den weiteren ca. 14 Tagen nahm diese Verärgerung auch keinen Deut ab, im Gegenteil, sobald ich die Uhr betrachte.... Denn eigentlich geht es mir nicht darum negative Bewertungen zu schreiben, aber hier musste es wirklich sein!!!

Eigentlich sollte es nur ein Spaziergang als Tourist über den Kudamm werden. Dann kamen wir jedoch zum Store von Askania. Wunderschöne Uhren in einem Top-Ambiente! Man bekommt eine umfangreiche Einführung in die Geschichte der Marke und der Uhren selbst. Weiterhin Rundgang durch die Räume mit unzähligen Exponaten. Der Hammer! Und alles ausführlich und professionell mit allen Details erklärt.
Man wird ausführlichst beraten, ohne Zeitdruck, kann die tolle Qualität der Uhren erfühlen. Eine wirklich perfekte Beratung! Ja, und dann wird aus einem Spaziergang schließlich ein Kauf gleich mehrerer Uhren. Und wir sind auch heute, mehrere Tage danach, noch immer begeistert von den Uhren, der Marke und vor allem der Präsentation. Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen: vorbeischauen, es lohnt sich!
