Wish I could give zero stars for the zero ability to think and zero kindness the employee I talk to was showing.
I came for a natural supplement that is difficult to find in France, showed her the name of the plant and ask if she had it regardless of the brand. First of all she rejected my inquiry by saying in German they don't have without even checking her computer but another customer actually intervened and said a new supply might come tomorrow and if not its possible to order through the apothecary.
Maybe it was just language barrier or just she was tired and didn't want to make intense intellectual effort.
"Computer says no" lady seems to be her spirit guide.
