Dirty, smelly rooms. I was asked regularly when I'm leaving. The breakfast was looking and tasing old. There were grumps from the day before on the plates over 3 days. The blankets weren't clean

Don't book here - they cancelled booking short termed for no reason. When we called them they hung up on us and wouldn't pick up the phone afterwards. Could be a scam.

I don't recommend this hotel. I stayed here for five nights and I couldn't take it anymore. THERE IS NO WIFI. IT IS AWFUL. I have to pay for Telekom to get the city wifi. Just awful. Rooms smell badly, it seems like someone is smoking weed all the time. But they are otherwise very clean, the bed sheets are clean. But if you have the money to pay ten euros more a night, there are definitely better places to stay in this area - don't go super cheap. The staff was friendly until I asked him to provide me with an invoice for my company. I am not sure if he was grumpy with something else or with me, but he was mumbling away. The breakfast was the only thing I was very happy about

NEVER EVER ENTER THIS HOTEL. We had a really bad experience with this hotel. We booked it thru Booking, and just a few hours before check-in, they simply cancelled it without explanation. Then, we called them, and agreed to go there anyways. The rooms are SUPER dirty and smelly. Looks like they have never cleaned the carpets. For someone who has allergy, you just cannot even enter it. Besides this, our bedroom was just by the street and the windows do not block any noise... So basically it feels like as if you are sleeping on the side walk. The breakfast has just old breads and it also looks dirty. We tried to contact the manager and ask for a refund and the staff was super rude. So i would definitely not recommend this hotel.

I was very pleased with my stay at the hotel. It was very clean, the bathroom was new and clean. The breakfast was lovely and the innkeeper was very friendly and helpful to all guests. The guests in the breakfast room seemed to be very pleased. A very friendly atmosphere. The hotel is within a ten minute walk of the shopping area of Kreuzberg, which is lovely and quaint, and much less touristy and pricey than the center of Berlin. It's also within a five minute walk to the subway, which leads you to all parts of Berlin in minutes.

Was there for 7 days. The room and the bathroom were nice and clean. They were cleaned every day. Breakfast was nice and the receptionist is a lovely person. WIFI could be better though. All in all I had a pleasant experience for the days.
