Location is great. Walking distance from sights, restaurants, and tourist info.

Staff was friendly, efficient, and respectful.

Room was clean and big enough for two people who were comfortable sleeping in the same bed. I was alone so it was more than enough for me.

They have free wifi, it's slow but available so no problem here.

The only issue I ran into was that the sink overflow had a nasty smell coming from it which made the whole bathroom smell bad. If this issue wasn't present this would be a five star review.

Overall satisfied and will stay again next time I'm in Germany.

Two night stay. Received an okay greeting at reception. All other interactions with reception were good and friendly. The hotel is on a quiet street and for the most part we didn't hear much noise. Our room was on the fifth floor which I assume also helped. The room itself was very clean, the beds were comfortable and we slept well. Our booking included breakfast, which was from a buffet. Food was good. Overall would definitely stay again.

Great location! Right near check point Charlie where you can get the tube to most places.

A lot of attractions within walking distance.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room itself is much bigger than I expected. Fully air con as it was very hot outside.

We had a balcony room, nice sized balcony, perfect for that glass of wine or beer in the evenings.

WARNING.... The beds are VERY comfortable... Difficult to get out of!!!!!!!

Loved the hotel. Location is great, just in front of the public transport (U-Bahn).
Breakfast was very tasteful and the lady’s of the restaurant were very friendly and helpful.
The room and bathroom were nice. The disadvantage of the room was that it didn’t had a working fridge and there was no coffee/Thea in the room.

Really nice hotel in a great location. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Rooms are a good size, clean and with very comfy beds. Good size bathroom with a good power shower. Great location about 5 minutes to check point Charlie and other places bars etc. Really nice hotel bar with one of the friendest members of staff.
I would happily go back.

The room was clean. The location was conveniently located to a famous museum and many restaurants and shops. The only complaint was I did get any hand soap and there was a stuffy odor to the room but since I only needed one night, I didn't complain. The breakfast was great. Different types of eggs, meats, variety of yogurts with toppings, fresh fruit and good coffee.

The hotel is well located in Berlin, at Check Point Charlie and the Train station is also nearby. Rooms are spacious, and bathrooms are clean. There are also many restaurants, cafes, shops nearby. Few things could have improved, such as providing more options for soaps, shampoos and lotions in the bathrooms and Providing free water. The staff were generally friendly and helpful too.
