Poor customer satisfaction. Refused to move rooms to next year for Innotrans 2021. We lost lots of money. It would have been really easy to offer a change for a fee. Avoid this hotel.

Good hotel.
Style is a bit dated.
3 Star fare with bed and bathroom.
Simple dining and no room service.
Suitable for business trips on a budget.

In a quiet location, a short distance from the U Bahn*, enjoyed a comfortable, spacious room, and friendly efficient hotel staff.
* traveling to any part of Berlin is but a hop, step and the S Bahn and so on..
Recommend this hotel for shorter or longer stays.

Bathroom is a bit basic, room was clean but dated, carpet could use a change. Staff made the difference and the breakfast was good.

Big room. Affordable. Clean. Friendly staff. Location in nice neighborhood with lots of restaurant choices in walking diatance.
