You get what you pay for. Friendly staff at the front desk, quick check-in without any unnecessary procedures. Room came with a private bathroom which was a pleasant surprise- according to booking.com I was going to get a shared bathroom. I just wish the beds were a bit bigger. Decent budget hotel in a good location, many restaurants and shops nearby

I forgot two diamond rings at room 21 ground floor, the the staff pretended they don't speak English. I asked for manager then they said there's no manager.

I'm shocked how they can be untrustworthy. though I have been a good client giving them at least 20 night stay in some months.

This is up to the public and management to fix this situation and sort it with me.

I don't recommend staying there for the dishonesty of the staff and staff not willing to support.

please solve and investigate where my rings are?!!!

Very, very nice budget hotel! The staff was friendly, breakfast was always fresh and with a lot of options. Location of the hotel was perfect, with metro station nearby and with a lot of restaurants and cafes near. The room was very clean and definitively remodeled recently. Hope to visit this place again and would definitely recommend

I booked this hotel as it is pretty near a place I had to photo shoot the morning after to my arrival. The pictures show beautiful and colorful rooms but the room I received was quite different from what's shown in the listing and a hint of that was the number of the room, written
First of all, the size: the room is around 10 sqm. It is furnished with a bed, a bedside table, a chair, a sofa and a small closet (with a TV on top).
The second surprise is that It smells of smoke as the windows (two large hoppers unreachable without a ladder or a pole) are kept open (because of no Air Conditioning) and are placed above a public balcony where guests of the hotel and inhabitants of the building go to smoke. And smoking they chat, also during sleeping hours. The small window of the bathroom also opens towards the same balcony, but at eye level.
Complaining with the reception only got me a change of room for the remaining day (that I booked only to have a shower and keep my stuff as my assignment lasted till midnight and my flight was early in the morning), leaving me in that situation in the night I needed to sleep more (remember the assignment I had the following day?).
Last but not least, the doors are thin, and the laughs of teenagers on a school trip easily reach your sleepless brain late at night.
Oh, but the replacement room for the last night was average... at least.
And no refund was issued as the managements thinks that mislead potential guests with the wrong picture in the booking process and switch room only on 50% of your staying is not something that entitles you to (at least a partial) refund.
But, please, judge by yourself through my 360° pictures of the room

if you book the apartment near the hotel then you need to know that a lot of people will pass nearby and you will hear the door closing in the morning. the top room is just above that metal door. the restaurant is in the building where the hotel is located so you need to take your coat when you go to eat breakfast.

BED BUGS! Room 10. We had a reservation for 3 nights. On the second day, I was itchy and did not know why. That night we saw and killed a bed bug on our bed sheets. The next day my boyfriend asked the manager for a refund for the third night because we could not sleep there for our final night. The manager of the hotel was very rude about it. She said that the hotel's policy is to put us in a different room only, and that they don't have to give refunds. And that this new room would not have carpet or curtains. My boyfriend argued that if one room has bed bugs, they all must have bed bugs since the hotel shares the bed sheets. She then blamed us and "foreigners" for bringing in bed bugs to their place! My boyfriend was very offended so he raised his voice, which the manager responded with a threat to call the police. She also said that if he goes around the hotel telling people of bed bugs, she would call the police. He told her to call the owners, and she said they're "very busy people". Eventually she called them and they agreed to refund us, but that was very complicated as well.

Selected this hotel because at the time most of others were full. The room was very tiny, smaller then what you get in Tokyo! I was surprised by this. Also my room didn't have bathroom or toilet, they were shared.
Breakfast was ok, nothing special, but not to bad and not very expensive.
Wi-Fi was not great and went down a few times.
