It was so lovely to sit and look at the lake.

This is a lovely place to have a drink and enjoy a scenic view of the lake, we certainly enjoyed our time here. We ordered a pizza which was frankly not very good, there are many better options for dinner nearby. My suggestion is to dine elsewhere and then come here for after-dinner drinks. The staff were friendly.

Stopped by for quick dinner since the weather was nice. The outdoor area is very pleasant with view of the lake...nice place for sunset. Everything is self-service so you need to go inside to order and again to pick up your food. We ordered pizza and spaghetti which was ok. Menu was limited and restaurant has more of a fast food feel. I would definitely recommend this place for drinks while surrounded by nature. It’s not a foodie type of place and would definitely go again for evening cocktails.

For some reason they don’t take German N26 Maestro EC debit cards or MasterCard debit cards. Or Apple Pay. Especially in the current climate suggest you up your game on the card front. Both these German bank cards are accepted in Rewe, Edeka, DM, Rossmann, BVG, KadeWe and every other restaurant and shop I have been in except here at the Bootshsus and the Piano cafe near by for some reason. Maybe it’s swamp gas from the lake, I don’t know. Had a pleasant lunch instead in the nearby Lotus House who were more than happy to take €50 on my card.

I really liked the place, has nice view on the lake, it's bit overexposed to the sun, so in sunny days you have to find a well covered spot and that's the only bad part of it. Other than that it's quite nice suitable for couple, groups or even alone. They serve also quite good options here. I got Karottenkuchen and Zitronenschorle. And I love the Zitronenschorle ♥️ it's homemade and very refreshing and tasty. I would definitely recommend it. Price is also acceptable I would say. ????

Nice lake view, but very expencive for offered drinks and food quality.
