Located in Berlin’s newly-fashionable Prenzlauer Berg neighborhood, Bar Gagarin has a comfortable vibe, lots of seating and a wide variety of food and drinks on the menu.

From cocktails, milkshakes, and omelettes, to schnitzel, potato salad and house-made beer, Bar Gagarin has something for every taste and craving. For the quality of the food and drinks, the prices are surprisingly low, especially for the neighborhood. They have free Wi-Fi available and are open from breakfast until late at night.

Terrace is really pleasant and location is great. However we had to wait about 90 min for our dishes, even thought the place was almost empty. The waiter was rude. Food is correct but very ordinary. My advice: chose one of the numerous surrounding restaurants which offer the same food but a much better service

Food is good. We had the schnitzel and a breakfast platter and both of us were satisfied. Waiting time was a bit too long (30 minutes between ordering and being served).
I can really recommend the house made fresh lemonades.
The area in general is super nice to eat outside.

Good breakfast and incredibly professional staff. We really appreciated how the staff took the current situation 100% seriously, wearing masks, disinfecting tables properly between guests and just being very respectful in general! Thanks a lot

Second visit and again an incredibly long wait. I'm struggling to understand how a place that serves mainly cold cuts and bread manages to have a 1.30-2 hrs wait. The food itself is a nothing-burger and hence really not worth the wait.
