Good hotel in the very center of Berlin. Rooms are functional and well decorated. Clean and soundproofed. Good bathroom with steady hot water shower. Breakfast is average but is worth the money.
Overall expression was broken on the last day while tried to leave the luggage for a couple of hours. Despite the service is 1 EUR per bag, the man on reception was rude and almost refused to leave our bags because of "too many bags are already there (reception room area)". As a result of negotiations we were allowed to drop our bags in a separate luggage room which was mostly empty. Management has to train staff and probably to fire some. The other members of personnel were really friendly (thanks!)

The people at the reception were very kind and helpful, and made nice suggestions about things to do in the area. The hotel room was clean and the bathroom and beds were nice. The hotel overall looked very put together. We really enjoyed our stay here!

The hotel and accommodations are ok, nothing spectacular. the breakfast is excellent. As for the staff, I found the service unfriendly. We were staying with two kids and we bought refrigerated soup to feed them. When we asked the attendant to heat the soup, she said that there would be no possibility. I found it completely unnecessary, not to mention absurd, to refuse to heat food for children. Also, I think it's not nice of the hotel to charge a dollar for luggage or package kept at reception after check out. In everyone this is a courtesy. An event happened that made me extremely upset, if the check out would be at 12:00, 11:50 the bedroom doors could not be locked. Completely inappropriate.

The problem i had here. We placed a "do not disturb" on the door so no one enters the room because our personal stuff was there and we went shopping. We came back, the sign was no where to be found. We asked the receptionist to give us another and we put it on the door again, it disappeared again.

Then on the last day we moved most of our stuff to the car and decided to have breakfast before check out time which was 12 pm.

We came back at 11 am to the room to take the rest of our stuff. We saw the cleaning guy in the room again taking pictures and getting ready to empty the room. He thought we left already even though my phone was still there and it is not check out time. Also
He was the one removing the do not disturb sign and not returning it.
The only positive things about this hotel in my personal opinion It is close to city center and malls. The room cleannes 2.5/5.

Great breakfast for 9 euro but ....

Checkout is 11 or 12 pm . Last day ,My sis and I went to eat breakfast in hotel and left (do not disturb sign )outside only to come back with door wide open and cleaner guy already had removed bedsheet saying (i thought you checked out ).Luggage in room ,cloth still hanging in closet ,2 backpaks on table , my Underwear hanging to dry ,shoes on shelf and at least 2 phone charger visibly on wall outlet and this was only 9 AM .you would think this would tell him something but NO ???? we got mad and technically kicked him out since we have not checked out.
That sign did not work on both days we stayed there and cleaner guy would come in regardless unless you
are in there locking door .
We stayed there around June 2022 and hope something had changed

I got a disable room without asking for it. It was spacious but the bathroom was incredibly disappointed.

The shower curtain had blood marks that they didn’t even tried to clean. As well the button part of had a yellow color that seemed disgusting as well…

The towels were extremely small and the pillows pretty uncomfortable in my opinion.

One day I left the do not disturb sign and when a came back to the room by the evening they did the room and I found that uncomfortable.

The experience was disappointing in the overall experience and I will avoid this hotel chain in the future.
