I think the place was very nice, everything related to the self check in process worked fine and I was able to have a fluent Whatsapp chat with the administrator. If I'd have to find one "con" I guess it would be the pillows, which are far different from the one used back in my country, and the fact that there's no air conditioning in the room and I happen to have stayed during the heat wave. Aside from that everything worked fine, the neighborhood is really nice and close to a lot of subway stations and nice restaurants. There's also an apotheke (pharmacy) and a small supermarket right next to the hotel. It's a great middle point between the city center while wanting to sleep in a quieter place. I didn't get breakfast service so I can't give my opinion on that. Whenever I go back to Berlin I'll probably book this same place!

Room was dirty..tiny room and over priced. Checked in at 8.30..there were no staff..self check in..when I contacted the off the site receptionist to get my room changed as there were dirt and hair in the room..I was told that's the last room and there is no other choice!
Room was paid by the company but made me pay ..I have checked into many hotels this year with the same procedure but never had an issue..
When I called the receptionist for the receipt he told me that if I keep on calling he can't send the bill!
Very rude..filthy and dirty rooms..

quiet and clean place. I suggest to better check the shower sink which wasn't working well in our room ( 306 ) and inform prior to the arrival the guests about the room cleaning service hours.

The AMC Hotel was wonderful. Located in a great neighborhood which was close to great restaurants and shopping and the U-Bahn. The staff was outstanding and the rooms were plenty for what we needed. The only caution is breakfast - it's a LOT of food. So, if there are several in your party, I would only buy one breakfast and share it, it's a lot of food. Loved it!

We tried closing and locking the door many times, but it was impossible. We first thought it was fine and left for an hour or so to eat outside and when we got back we realized the door was not properly locked with all of our belongings inside. Then it was open by the cleaning person twice in the next morning because of the same issue.
Nice interior design, but pretty basic amenities. No in-room bar or anywhere to keep cold beverages.

The Hotel was at a good spot for my visit in Berlin. Perfect
The room was super nice. Lots of space and ekstra m2 compared with other hotel rooms. Really good cleaning and super service
But check-in sucks. No reception and I was suppose to do check-in from home. No e-mail was sent to me so I couldn't get into the hotel. After a really long talk on the telephone and many problem a super sweet receptionsonist came and solved it.
I will visit you again for sure. But now I also know what problems to expect
