Hands down, best hospital in Berlin!
Came here with an appendix and 40° fever, got surgery within 3h of arriving. They are taking such good care, it's crazy and I'm state insured... They speak English and German!
Super friendly, super helpful, good food choices, couldn't have chosen a better hospital to go to! Great, experienced and caring doctors!
So happy, thank you to all of Alexianers Hospital Staff!
Special thanks go out to Dr Schultze, Dr Lorenz u0026 Dr Scholz as well as nurse Vera, Simon and Martin ❤️ if you ever go here, ask for them ;)

One nurse was bad, disliked her comments and behavior... I guess every hospital/station has to have one ????

The people working at the ER are the proof that Doctors with a capital D still exist. I was there three times and not only they did their job by treating my wound carefully, they also were very empathic. A rare thing in the german medical system. THANK YOU, keep up the good work!

The emergency service is very slow, very few people work, I went to pain due to urinary tract pain and they made me wait for 4 hours even though the emergency room was empty. I will never come again. Also, the nurses don't speak English.

Waited for 6 hours with a lot of pain. After 6 hrs I decided to ask if they forgot me. Then asked me to give a sample that I already gave and 5 minutes later a doc came finally. Lied to my face that they are super busy. Desaster!

Simply excellent!
Was in June 2019 2x on station 1 for urological-surgical interventions.
Thank you for the nice and friendly treatment!
Very important: you are definitely perceived as a human and not an object for making money as in other hospitals in Berlin. If urology, then only the SHK!

One of the best hospitals I was.
was there 2 days for appendix surgery.
Professional doctors u0026 nurse team,
everybody were so kind, nice and passionate even that I couldn’t speak german!
The hospital is very peaceful and clean.
