Really nice hotel with very helpful staff. Big group of 10 so split us into 2 rooms. Both rooms were really clean and restocked every day with towels. Really nice roof terrace and other amenities such as atm, football pitch etc. 2 minutes walk from supermarket and lots of food places. Overall perfect experience

Great hostel with decent prices. Our room was clean and we had no problem. The staff was friendly and willing to help. It's location is also great - U-bahn and S-bahn stations are only a few minutes by walking. It takes ~20 minutes to Alexanderplatz, ~30 minutes to Potsdam.

Very great situation of hotel - near at station of metro and zoo! The room was clear and very beautiful! Parking at hotel - 13€ / day - the cheapest around hotel! Staff is friendly. Thank you.

An excellent place to stay in Berlin, close to the hotel metro, shops, services, as for the hotel, beautiful, clean rooms as well as the surroundings of the hotel, excellent services as well as breakfast and beer, coffee on the terrace. Sometimes maybe a little noisier young guests, teenagers. Anyway, I recommend it.

The room was nice and the staffs were nice as well. The Location located near zoologicher u-bahn with a supermarket and many food stalls nearby.

Nice and very central hotel. As close to Bahnhof Zoo as you can get without sleeping on rails. My room was on the back side and trains could be heard rhroughout day and night. The other side was more quiet as I understood it.

Clean room of suitable size. I liked the bath room. No water kettle or coffee, which I would have appreciated.

Breakfast was without bacon/eggs which was missed by my fellow travellers. Otherwise ok breakfast.

Bar is not reccommendable as drinks were not served and only few beers could be tasted. Vendor machine with bottles right next to bar so customers.were asked to buy soft drinks there.

This hotel shouldn't be as good as it was considering the price. The rooms were clean and a pretty good size for two people. Bathroom was very nice. Our group appreciated that the cleaning staff were careful with moving things around and just freshened things up and gave us new towels while letting us keep the used ones for one extra day. Even though the hotel accommodated a lot of younger guests (youth groups, teams, etc) you didn't notice any extra noise at night, the rooms were very quiet. The AC was top notch and quiet during the very hot days and nights.
The breakfast had a good selection and shouldn't disappoint anyone that likes a classic spread. The coffee though.. not the best, get a Starbucks or something on the way. During the evenings the bar in the lobby was a great place to spend time, service could've been speedier at times.
Anyway, long story short I truly recommend this hotel!
