Somebody scratch my car here, when I contacted them to help me finding who did that they said they have camera issues on the certain floor. How can you operate a business like this?
So, everything is good when it comes to get money from you, but when you need to get their help to find the issues than no chance,.
The customer service is really really bad.
I do not recommend this place if things are going wrong.

Sehr gutes und sauberes Parkhaus. Sind mit einem Golf dort hereingefahren und hatten bei der Auffahrt keinerlei Probleme. Größere Autos scheinen aber ab und an mal die Wand zu touchieren. Zumindest waren dort einige schwarze Streifen. Auch ist es so, dass die einzelnen Parkebenen an der Wand enden. Rückwärtsfahren sollte man also etwas können. Wichtig ist auch, dass man das Parkticket nicht im Auto liegen lassen sollte. Ohne dieses kommt man nämlich nicht mehr ins Gebäude.
