If you are sitting on the Rang second floor, make sure you are not taller than 1,65m. It's impossible for anyone taller to sit on the first row. And there's no warning when you choose the tickets....

Also, if the event happens when there's over 30 degrees outside, do no expect the venue to be properly air conditioned. It's at max slightly less warm than outside, and the higher you sit, the warmer it is.

Traditional concert and show venue with a delightful architecture, a diverse program of comedy, dance, musicals, concerts and others, and lots of history. Unfortunately, the native PA is sometimes not up to the job so that the sound is heavily distorted and unclear in the upper balconies. Nevertheless a beautiful spot for all sorts of events.

The theatre has a real problem with people not able to leave their mobile phones in their pocket during the play.

And the complete inactivity of the staff to do sth about it is astonishing.

The whole experience was ruined by the non-stop-flashing of mobile phones taking videos and pictures of the stage and dancers.

The worst theatre I have ever been to.

I am so sorry for the crew as they have to perform in such a bad theatre.

1. The doors can only be closed somehow forcefully and we can always hear people talking outside the hall. While the staff argued that that's because the Cats themselves have to burst in, which is basically nonsense.

2. They allow people to enter the hall in the MIDDLE of the performance, which is super disrespectful. I'd rather you letting them in while the cast have finished singing a song and people are clapping their hands. The staff told me that this is normal though. Das weiß ich leider nicht.

3. Poor customer service. Can't believe that I cannot even make a complaint since there's no such facility here. And the staff just argued with me with different excuses.

Overall: too expensive with poor service and bad facilities

Visited once for a Foil Arms u0026 Hog gig. The performance was great and the venue was suitably matched to the event. No issue with poor leg room like in other seated auditoriums.

Very nice place for the show "Smokeu0026 Mirrors" from Sasha Velour. Loved the atmosphere, personal and public. The theater holds some of it's old characteristics and it's just amazing. The only thing I wouldn't recommend is sitting in the front rolls: the speakers on the floor partially block the view to the stage.

Great theatre at a really good location. Good selection of performances. Only downside is the seats in the auditorium are not raked so you have to be lucky or fast to book seats near the stage or pray that someone tall won't sit in front of you.
