Really cute tower with a decent park around it, very well kept and pretty. The kiosk in the vicinity makes it a great place for a visit and to spend some time there.
Easy accessible by car, depending on where you are coming from, I wouldn't recommend the hike, because of the lack of pavement in some parts of the way there.

It's an awesome view of Wuppertal. Always open and no entrance ticket. You will be gifted money while coming down. Best place for candid photos and super tall tower. Biergarten is adjacent to the view point

One of a few vantage point to get good look at parts of the valley of the Wupper.
Catch the bus up to the tower and wander down into town
