Extremely difficult to find out where to return the car to. There should be signs!

The car wasn’t full of fuel upon collection and shortly after, we noticed that somebody had been smoking in the car we had. The steering wheel and therefore my hands smelt of smoke and as a non-smoking, I find it disgusting. Also the items we left in the car eventually started to smell a little of smoke too. After the initial vanilla smell had disappeared then you could really notice it.

Unfriendly staff, not willing to work, simply spending their hourly wage there. Clearly not interested to do any additional work. Pity.
As international corporate customer I’m very disappointed in this kind of service. I guess their manager would teach them a lesson if he could see how they treat corporate SIXT customers... SIXT is known for their service but definitely not the Wuppertal team! Completely not customer friendly.

Simple and easy online booking. Friendly staff at the collection station. Simple. Would use them again

Super bad experience. The staff is super unfriendly. He shows bad emotion on client. I think I'll never rent a car from sixt, especially from Wuppertal sixt.

Stuffs not very friendly, but you can always get proper cars there.
