Great views and some swimming in the summer. Always a place to include in your hike or bike ride, if in the area. It even has a water fountain powered by the dam. Great for kids too, as they can search for fishes in the lake or take a splash in the water. Give it a go.

I was amazed by the huge fish. Presumably, nature is still in order here and fishing is prohibited.

Ein zauberhaft anmutender Ort.

Diese kleine Talsperre ist vom Parkplatz Café Zillertal ganz gemütlich weiter bergaufwärts in einer halben Stunden zu erreichen.

Erstaunt haben mich die riesigen Fische. Vermutlich ist hier die Natur noch in Ordnung und Angeln verboten.

Das Bauwerk selbst ist saniert und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Ein paar Bänke laden ein, dort ein wenig zu pausieren und die Ruhe abseits vom Verkehrslärm zu genießen.
