Clean and nice rooms, quick check-in and good service. Garage has easy access and very wide parking spaces, so you don't have to worry about people hitting your car with their doors. Breakfast is somewhat limited in variety, but still ok. 1- star deduction for that.

The rooms are super, they include amenities including blow dryer, iron and ironing board, the personnel is polite and very friendly, and it's just next to the Wuppertal central station. Breakfast doesn't leave you wanting with an adequate amount of choices, not very wide but not very narrow too so I'd say, Highly recommended for a pleasant stay in Wuppertal

The hotel was great. Very nice and clean rooms.
However, the entrance to the parking garage was very very tight. If you have a big car you might have issues with the entrance.

Front desk service was slow and very unprofessional. They barely speak/understand english. My room was prepaid by a third party but still required my credit card as a warranty, I accepted in case of extras but then I got the room double charged to myself and to my company. I will certainly check other options before repeating Holiday Inn express wuppertal in the future.

There was some language barrier but it was alright in the end. Very tasty breakfast and great location. I suggest to get some slow EV charging points so electric cars could be charged overnight while parked in the hotel's car park. That would have saved us about 30 minutes as we have arrived very late. Of course happy to pay for the electricity used.

The breakfast was very good. The room was quiet. The employees were very polite and helpful.
The location was great, near the main train station and S-Bahn. 50 m away was a shopping area.

The best thing about this hotel is the location - it is two blocks from the main railway station and next door to the Schwebebahn monorail. It is also on the corner of Wall, the main shopping street. It is one of the few major hotels in Wuppertal. Hotel is modern and rooms are large with good bathrooms, rooms are quiet even though the Schwebebahn passes right past the window. Staff friendly and helpful. However the breakfast was a bit underwhelming; the only hot food is boiled eggs, with mostly cold meats and breads available.
