Nice tower at the Botanical garden in Wuppertal! Has well maintained spiral wooden stairs to reach the top observation deck. The view from the top is also quite nice on a sunny day....and it's free! Inside on the 2nd floor is also a small photo exhibition depicting the history of the garden and the tower.
