Hochzeit und 60. Geburtstag meiner Mutter am 30.12.2021.
Einfach nur enttäuschend für einen so besonderen Tag.

Die lange im Voraus gebuchte Kegelbahn war kalt und völlig verdreckt, überall mir dickem Staub (auf Lampe, Heizung - einfach überall), riesen Spinnenweben und der furchtbare Gestank nach feuchten Keller. Ekelhaft!

Es wurde a' la Card angemeldet, aber einige Gerichte (z.B. Fleischplatte) war schon zur Mittagszeit nicht vorhanden.

Die Torten wurden völlig anders umgesetzt, als besprochen. Die Torten hatten nichts mit einer Hochzeitstorte zu tun und die Hochzeitsdeko auf der Torten fehlte sogar gänzlich.
Geschmacklich waren sie ok für eine Hausfrau.

Wozu gab es eine frühzeitige und ausführliche Vorbesprechung, wenn nichts korrekt umgesetzt wird?

Die Chefin wurde von den Mitarbeitern kontaktiert, jedoch keine Einsicht.
Hielt es nicht mal für nötig den Kontakt zum Brautpaar aufzunehmen.

Unfassbar so ein Vorgehen und das an einen so wichtigen Tag, der für immer im Erinnerung bleibt.

Nie wieder und keine Empfehlung!!!

Die 2 Sterne sind für die Kellnerin, die wirklich einen tollen Job gemacht hat. Sie war fleißig, freundlich und zuverlässig.
Das vorhandene Essen war ok, aber nicht überragend. Das ist jedoch Geschmackssache.
Es war ohnehin nicht lecker in so einer so unsauberen und kalten Atmosphäre zu speisen.
