I did my 3. yearly maintenance here. Staff is very helpful but sometimes German language is a little bit problem. In my opinion, they should also talk a little bit English. Because, these technical terms respect to maintenance is quite difficult to understand in German. Maintenance price is a little bit high. But, I expect this. Because it is official VW service. Especially Necmi Celik is a really great guy! He helped me quite a lot in last 3 maintenance service. I really appreciate him a lot! So decreased 1 star because of the language and price. Besides that They are very good.
