Was on a day trip to Stuttgart walking around for lunch and decided to give this place a try. Has both indoor and outdoor seatings available Decided to sit outdoors to get a gripe of Stuttgart. Ordered a Radler and a Weber Burger. Staffs were very friendly and attended to me with all smiles and very politely. Beer is served 1st and food was serve alittle later. On such a hot day, with the sun shining, an ice cold beer is a great enjoyment. The burger is huge! served with some potatoes wedges? they call them fries. were tasty and nicely fried. Crispy outside, soft fluffy inside. The burger is assembled really good. Bun is lightly toasted. Stuffed with different greens, mince beef patty, melted cheese, house special sauce, crispy bacon stripes and nicely caramelised onions lastly top with a sesame bun! it was a mouthful but indeed packs alot of flavors. Beef patty is cooked just right. Pink in the middle with good amount of juice. Not dry. Really love the burger. Hope to be back again

Great experience today at Weber Brasserie. Fun menu with vegan ???? options, I enjoyed a vegan burger and fries, my friends enjoyed burger with goat cheese and a big green salad with fried goat cheese. Everyone really enjoyed the food and presentation.

The atmosphere and decor is snazzy and chic too. Our server was wonderful and spoke German and English too.

Despite other reviewers I thought the prices were on point. I suppose if you are looking for lesser quality fare you might expect lower prices, but true culinary delights like this bistro - brasserie was worth every penny. Creativity and talent is worth paying for, also the portions were massive just look at my photos

Our only regret is we didn’t leave room for Nachtisch (dessert) which looked fabulous, perhaps on our next visit!

Sehr lecker

Went there for brunch on a Saturday. Service was quick, the pancakes came a bit dry and with few fruits, I was expecting a bit more out of it. Only accepts EC Karte or bar

Lovely food and great service. Unfortunately allergy details aren't on the menu, but I had a great waitress who said I could order what I want and they'd make it however i need it. (She even offered that I could get some bread from the GF bakery next door if I wanted a burger!) I'd definitely go again. Great service.

We were on our way to the organic kitchen restaurant, but when we arrived we saw that it was closing earlier ????. We went to this restaurant instead and we were very surprised with the food. The vegan flammkuchen was formiddable, ideal to not overeat but still be full and have delicious not to pricy food. The curry was also very good and full of flavour and a good portion. Last but not least, a very kind getlemen took our orders. Just between the vegan and veggie options was not clear wat was what, so you have to ask to verify.

Nice little place directly on the walkway. Saturday morning seems to be always full: as the table wore getting freed they unusually got taken.

Good thing is: immediately somebody was with us to take the order. Unfortunately the service is quite slow: more that 10 minute for the drinks to come (they took out order 2 times -seems they forgot the first time) and over 30 minutes for breakfast.

However the waiting was worth it: the food was both good looking and good tasting. If you don't mind the wait is a great place for Saturday morning breakfast.

Only 3 ???? cause it's not really paying attention to customer satisfaction: went during Corona season and they did not desinfect the table and the menus after the previous clients, they took the order twice and we had big waiting times.

The Parmesan garlic fries are definitely worth visiting this place again. We were very impressed by the service, the waitress did not take any notes but had all orders on point. The serving time was perfect, the beverages arrived almost immediately and we also did not have to wait long for the burgers and fries.
This place is a bit more expensive, compared to other burger places in Stuttgart, but worth it's money.
