The pasta was amazing. I ordered carbonara and it was so delicious. The wait was short and the way to order it was quite practical.

Great Ambience and great pasta, not a big fan of their pinsa because of the very thick crust.. panna cota with Waldfrüchte is great as desert and death by chocolate can be a great desert for chocolate lovers..
Good options for vegan too

This was a very disappointing experience. We have tried Vapiano branches in multiple countries, but this one was definitely the worst. Maybe it is due to covid, but what happened with the personal touch in the restaurant when the customer was lining up for a meal and the staff was making it in front of them?
Now the ordering happens through a touch screen. I used to go to Vapiano also for the experience not only for the food, but it is now gone.

Talking about the food, we ordered pasta bolognese and it was very bad. Basically pasta with no meat and a bit of tomato sauce. No cheese either. Probably it is an additional item the customer needs to pay now(?!).

We are very disappointed and will not visit this branch again.

Good place for italian food. Recently got renovated, nice interiors, although the food quality is not the same as it was few years back.
WC needs more maintenance.

Unfortunately it is not the same as it was before corona. The ingredients are not the same, nothing to say about the taste.
The prices are also much higher than before.

For that what I pay I don't think the restaurant is good enough

I payed extra for add a topping (salami) and they said they were out of salami.
While my boyfriend ordered a whole pinsa of salami full of salami
