Das nenne ich Service, ich habe mir vor 2 Jahren und einem starken Monat, bei Teansvelo Stgt. ein Tern Vektron gekauft. Ich war mit dem Fahrrad auch Top zufrieden, bis vor 2,5 Wochen, der Akku beim Ladevorgang ausgestiegen ist und seinen Dienst verweigert hat.
Nachdem die Garantie gerade mal einen Monat abgelaufen war, äußerst ärgerlich.
Durch den freundlichen Einsatz der dortigen Mitarbeiter, wurde erreicht das der Akku auf Kulanz getauscht wurde und ich nun wieder mit voller Freude radeln kann.
Ich sage ein herzliches Dankeschön an das Team, ein schönes Beispiel nicht im www zu kaufen, sondern den örtlichen Fachhandel zu unterstützen, da wird dir geholfen.

Leider ein wirklich „satter“ Fahrradladen! Wir wollten dort zwei Fahrräder kaufen (Budget 10k€+ und den Handel vor Ort unterstützen) und was sagt man uns? „Leider nichts in der Größe da, Telefon und Internet geht nicht, wir können in den anderen Filialen nicht nachfragen. Zwei mal war ich dort - beide Male wurde ich leider enttäuscht.

Beim ersten Mal war ich mit Kindern dort. Die Mitarbeiter waren unfreundlich, man hatte den Anschein man ‚stört‘. Wollte ein Rad reparieren lassen - Aussage war: das geht nicht. Wurde dann in Sindelfingen innerhalb 5 Minuten für ein Trinkgeld erledigt.
