Have been visiting this restaurant on a Sunday afternoon without reservation. Burger was as delicious as expected and staff was very friendly and attentive.

Update ( 2019-01-19 ):
Gave it another try ( again on a Sunday afternoon without reservation ). This time I was served by the lovely Michelle which was very friendly and super attentive. Food was the usual ( good ) quality and very delicious :)

Best burger chain in all of Stuttgart. Recommend the Wildern Western for those looking for an American flavor but the Geißbock or Rabauke if you want to experiment!

Best burger I had in a while! Hans Im Glück is a comfortable place to get a nice, juicy burger alongside some very tasty fries. The buns are pretty light and not as clammy as most buns are. The service was very friendly (and speaking good English!) and the food was ready and served in no time.

Furthermore, the area is pretty silent and relax to sit both inside and outside. When staying in Stuttgart, especially in Marienplatz, this place is a must go-to!

Frozen patties and bacon... Patties don't match the size of the buns. Mediocre burger.. Great drinks and sweet potato fries though.

A nice, quiet area... Same Hans im Glück quality as always.
The Burger chain has identical menus, but the difference at this one is that you don't have to squeeze in with other folks, or even make reservations for weekend visits. You simply go there and sit down and the, as always pleasant waiters, will serve you up pretty much the tastiest burgers we've found in Stuttgart (not the biggest though).

Hans im Glück is sliiiightly more expensive than if you were to grab a burger somewhere else, but the quality, nice vibe and friendly staff easily compensate for that.

We go at least once a month!

Some of the best fries I have ever had. Great Burger ????. Interesting the ketchup has more vinegar then US brands but I loved it.
