Wir waren heute in diesem Parkhaus da wir das Schnelltestzentrum am Berliner Platz aufgesucht haben. Nach 24 Min. waren wir fertig und wollten unser Parkticket bezahlen. Wir sind fast rückwärts umgefallen als wir den Preis gesehen haben. 7€!!! Für 24 Min.
Wir waren uns sicher dass das ein Fehler sein musste und haben die Störungstaste betätigt. Eine Stimme meldete sich und erklärte uns dass der Preis korrekt sei. Es würde sich um die Sonntagspauschale handeln. Steht ganz unten auf der Preisliste. Hatten wir beim Reinfahren nicht gesehen, da ganz oben steht 2,70€ pro angefangene Stunde...
Das ist wirklich die absolute Abzocke. Und was soll das für einen Sinn haben. So nutzt Sonntags doch fast niemand dieses Parkhaus. Und das obwohl Restaurants, Kinos, Liederhalle direkt nebendran sind ... ein völlig sinnloses Parkhaus für Sonntage.
Wir fühlten uns absolut betrogen und hoffen dass irgendein Apcoa-Verantwortlicher die Bewertungen liest. Wie wir gerade gesehen haben sind auch schon einige andere auf die Abzock-Masche reingefallen!!!
